Just as the capital of Japan was moved from Nara to Tokyo,so The US will have less political and cultural importance than today.I do not clearly know if the replacing is UN or not,but the decline of America, i belive it will ocuur in the near future, is not so mach inevitable as due to the historical fact that no prospering country can never continue to be at her best unfaillingly.
